(More customer reviews)Love this mat--even though it's made of recycled plastics, I think the pattern makes it "elegant" enough to use in my foyer (but I'm not a fancy-type person). Colors are absolutely perfect for my needs and I love the fact that I can just take it outside and shake it.
However, I cannot make the ends lay straight--they curve and I'm having trouble making them "square"
any suggestions??

(More customer reviews)I needed a 4x6 waterproof mat to use on our porch for a changing room we use for the pool. This is just what i needed. People are usually changing here before and after they use the pool so you want something under your feet but it has to be able to get wet without getting moldy or smelly. This works well. This was the most colorful one I could find. I wish there had been more that had vibrant multi colors but this gets the job done, looks neat, and stays clean. Overall very good product, reasonable price.

(More customer reviews)Most of the outdoor rugs I've seen tend to duplicate indoor rugs, have only one or two colors and some pretty formal patterns. The rugs from Madd Mats spice things up a bit. This rug is colorful and fun. It's out on my covered back porch, hiding the faded, worn away paint on the floor that my landlord refuses to repaint. It adds color to an otherwise drab space. Having a rug helps to pull together the mis-matched collection of outdoor furniture that I have and makes the whole space look pulled together instead of a random pile of chairs bought at yard sales. It's also surprisingly soft underfoot if I go barefoot. And the colors are just cheerful and make me happy.

These things seem to be hard to find in stores, which is why I got mine here. The advantage of these things is that they really do clean your shoes (because they're rough and absorbent) and they're natural. The problem is that they shed the coco fibers, seemingly forever.

(More customer reviews)In picture, color looks vibrant and is a deep orange. In reality, the color is dull reddish and the other colors are pretty dull looking. Also, it's coated in some sort of clear, plastic-y finish that looks kind of odd. It's hard to tell that it's bamboo beneath it. I can't use for the place I'd originally intended, but I decided to keep it at least for a few days to see how else it might fit in or be useful. I'll also try using it as a mat on my dining room table, per one suggestion of vendor. If I'd known what it actually looked like, I wouldn't have ordered it, but I suppose there are others who would prefer the toned-down colors to the vivid representation on the computer screen, which is more in line with a particular idea I had for it, but might turn someone else off. It's an interesting construction, but I'm just not sure how it will hold up to daily wear-and-tear.

Each time one wipes their feet before entering there is loose coir fiber on the ground and the entryway floor. This mat is attractive to look at, but too much work to keep the entry area clean.

Sure enough, a few weeks later I was standing on it and the piece cracked off. My own fault for not sending it back in the first place.
