(More customer reviews)These garage tiles are very easy to install. You don't need a mallet either. Very easy to clean, mop. Not slippery at all even when there is rain water on car tires entering the garage on these garage tiles.
It is a very tight fit, none of the tiles have seperated from the car going on top of it and moving the car forward or reversing the car.
These tiles do not have a shiny gloss finish to it. So if you are looking for a gloss finish, you should seek elsewhere.
The finish on the tiles are very subtle and have matte finish to it. The fact that there are tread patterns on the tiles makes the tiles a bit more interesting and probably provides some aid in traction in starting or stopping a car from movement.
The fact that these are interlocking means no permanent damage to the concrete tile below.
These tiles are also low maintainance in my opinion because there is no gloss finish, most of the time, you can just sweep debris off it and it looks clean. If there are any fluids that leak on the tile, it is again also easy to clean and doesn't stain easily provided that you clean it up in time. Even if there are some dried fluid stain that been there for a few days, it wipes off fine with some soap and water.
These tiles are very easy to install and if you are one of those people who are prone to being scared or nervous about installing tiles that look professional. These tiles are a great compromise. Because they dont stick or glue to the floor and dont require much prep work (outside of sweeping the concrete floor before placing the tile on it), it is very user friendly.
To finish off the end pieces, one should get male and female edges for more complete look. Otherwise you have the exposed loops showing.
