(More customer reviews)The Roul'Pat® is great for creating shapes or decorations with chocolate and sugar. It also makes a great mat for play dough! With its two smooth sides, the Roul'Pat® is ideal for mixing, rolling, or beating dough. This does not slip on my counter and the dough does not stick. Great for chocolate covered berries, sugar art, pies, breads etc.
You can use cookie cutters, but do not cut with a sharp knife on your roulpat.
I also use mine as a worksurface while cooking, then rinse off. My roulpat is the work horse of my kitchen along with the silpat. What a nice gift also! This isze is perfect dough work, this really helped me with my holiday cokkies this year.
