(More customer reviews)I specifically ordered these mats because they were "Cloud White" aka: non colored or neutral. I received 3 colored mats, red green, yellow and a neutral. It's not worth returning but still not what I thought I ordered. Yes, I received 4 mats instead of the two I thought I was ordering so stop complaining already! I have to admit that they arrived in a timely fashion. When I first read their estimated receipt date could be three week out after I placed my order I was somewhat disappointed. The order arrived within a week which was a pleasant surprise. Good luck with your order!

(More customer reviews)The set just arrived, and there was no red, as in product photo. Instead there was a yellow one. The other colors were the same. I would have preferred the red for meat, but can live with it. But that's not the reason for 2 STARS. The silicone backing simply does not work. I have a wood surface counter, as well as a laminated counter top, and the mats move all over the place. You can feel the silicone backing, but it does absolutely nothing to keep the mats from slipping or sliding all over both of the counters. I'm really disappointed with this item. Oh, and calling them "boards", is a misnomer. They're less than a 16th of an inch thick. I did expect that, but come on...call them mats, and not boards.

They hold up well in the dishwasher and I don't believe they will warp like the old (cheap) ones did since they are thicker. I'm very pleased with this purchase & highly recommend them.

(More customer reviews)I thought these would be much more flexible than they are. We do use them regularly, but they are not nearly so pliable as just picking up and easily curling them to create a funnel for your food. They have a tendancy to snap back, and I wouldn't dare store them rubber-banded up as they would never go flat again. Indeed, our biggest complaint with these is that they just require too much effort to bend one way or another - be it rolled up for moving items to the pan or flat on the counter for chopping.
And don't even think about putting them in the dishwasher, even on the gentle cycle, regardless of what the description says! They get even more brittle in the dishwasher and lose what little flexibility they have.
At the end of the day, I wouldn't buy them again.
