Not only are these useful for chopping vegetables and fruit but also are great for sliding my small kitchen appliances on. I keep one under my mixer and my coffee pots and slow cooker and such.
These mats are so easy to clean and keep my counter tops looking spiffy.

(More customer reviews)These choppng mats work very well for the price. I was actually expecting them to be a bit thicker than they are, but I am nevertheless impressed with the quality. I have cut numerous vegetables and meats on them and they have not torn even though you can see cut marks on them. I like the fact that I can cut my items and pick up the mat and bend it for easier addition to the pan or storage bag. I will definitely buy these again!
