(More customer reviews)I like this smaller size for everyday cooking. I use the roulpat as my work station, rolling dough, sugar and chocolate work. If you make a lot of breads or pies, you might need a larger size, there is also a 16 x 24 and a 23 x 23 square. For residential use, I like thsi size!
