I washed it in the washing machine and it came out like new! The bed is made from recycled plastic bottles that have been diverted from landfills. It is amazing that something made from recycled soda and water bottles can be so soft. It was a great purchase!

(More customer reviews)The mat looks wise is wonderful. The pattern and the fabric are cool and crisp. I just the mat would be thicker and bigger. I wish it was bigger because having a sloppy 75lb dog with hardwood floors makes for a lot of extra clean up. But if you have a smaller dog I think it may work better or a not so messy dog. My GSD Phoenix gets water EVERYWHERE though and the mat needs to be bigger to suit my needs.
