(More customer reviews)This is a fabulous kitchen addition for anyone that bakes. It fits my small Farberware cookie sheet with only a small gap. My cookies bake perfectly everytime and are easily lifted with a plastic spatula. I avoid using silicone utensils, as they don't seem to slide as well on the already silicone surface. The mat does absorb the oils from what you cook leaving it slimy. I only use it for baking so this doesn't bother me. Save yourself the trouble of cutting parchment paper and get one!
