(More customer reviews)The texture boutique makes a great embossed image. It is supposed to only be used with embossing folders. The opening for embossing is only around 5" wide, so you can only use folders that aren't any larger than an A-2 card. That means it can only be used for embellishments in scrapbooking. I have seen demonstrations with long embossing folders sandwiched between other machines long cutting mats. I was also surprised at the quality of the machine, it actually feels pretty sturdy. It will move around a little since it doesn't suction to the table and needs to be cranked a few more than other machines, but I don't that is a big deal. I am really happy with it since I only wanted to emboss and already own an electronic cutting machine.
