I received my order quickly and it was nicely packaged. They are neatly and evenly stitched and the pile is thick, super soft and luxurious. They've been washed and dried four times now and get better each time - they shed a little at first but not as much as other towels I've had. I would equate them to the best Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware towels which I also own but at a fraction of the price. You won't be disappointed in these!
