We figured that it reduced scrubbing time by at least 45 minutes and as much as 75 minutes per night doing a large catering job. Will hold messy foods, gravy, BBQ sauce, Meatloaf, Pulled Chicken, Mashed Potatoes - you think it, it will hold it. Although pricey they have become a "first use" item in our kitchen. We use about 10 a day. They protect the life of our pans and eliminate scratching.
