(More customer reviews)I bought the half sheet size at a warehouse club, it fits in my baking sheet perfectly and works great for baking cookies. The bottoms of my cookies are light golden brown when done, and when cool, the cookies easily twist off without a spatula. I also have a Silpat, and the MIU France Baking Liner performs identically, but I think it is better looking than the orange Silpat. For the price, it is an excellent value. I would happily buy another one if I baked more cookies.

This non-stick silicone baking liner can be used in place of parchment paper. Just place the liner in a baking pan. It is re-usable for thousands of times. Baked goods or candies will not stick to the silicone surface which can be used in the oven, freezer, and microwave.
