(More customer reviews)I'm a 225 lb male and I sweat buckets during yoga. I use this with the Manduka Black mat pro and the combo is beautiful. The towel is ultra-absorbent and soaks up most of my sweat during yoga. Also, even when the towel is near soaked at the end of class, it still never slides off the mat, even without the nubs on the Yogitoes. I am much more solid in my poses and my vinyasas now that I am not slipping. I think this works just as well as the Yogietoes towel and it is $20 cheaper. Awesome!
