This is a brand new 13x19 picture/photo frame (meaning a 13'' x 19'' or a 19'' x 13'' print will fit just right). Solid wood, simple round-profile 0.625'' wide and 0.75'' thick molding with a 0.25'' deep rabbet is covered with a thin layer of gesso and painted black.
