(More customer reviews)My wife and I were looking for a bar mat to use at our home for when we were entertaining guests. After doing some research we decided on this product and we've been pleasantly surprised at how well it's held up. It's a great product even for soft drinks and water bottles so that moisture or residue doesn't build up on your counters and we have found ourselves using it on a daily basis.
TIP: If you plan on cleaning the mat, which we do about once every two weeks, soak the mat in hot, soapy water for about 10 minutes, then use a spray attachment on your sink to spray the suds off. Let dry for about 15 minutes and the mat is ready to be put back into action!

(More customer reviews)I bought this to place next to my dish rack to place the hand washed dishware - i.e. stemware on to keep them out of harms way while they dried.
I also have one - a smaller one under my cats water dish to keep the dish from becoming slimy on the underside, as well as make it slightly easier to pick up when I washed it out and replaced the water.
To be honest I can think of at least a couple of other uses for these mats if they were sold in a larger variety of sizes.
