(More customer reviews)My items were shipped by FED EX GROUND which is unacceptable as FED EX GROUND is a separate company from regular FED EX & FED EX GROUND ships the items to the nearest large city ( in this case SACRAMENTO & then gives your items to the US POSTAL SERVICE & is mailed to Fresno & we know how slow & unreliably that is. I will never order from a company that uses FED EX GROUND to ship items I have ordered. They also have a new name for this bad service. It is FED SMART< I believe. J. Holmes Fresno CA.
