(More customer reviews)These are commercial grade baking mats. When taken care of they will last for many years of baking. Never buy parchment again. Each of these silicon mats will fit a "half-sheet" pan and work much better when a little cooking spray is applied prior to baking. They are easy to clean and do not curl with use. I highly recommend them for any baker from pastry chef to Betty Crocker moms!
