(More customer reviews)I received my frame within a decent amount of time. The packaging was very well done and the frame had no nicks or scratches. However, my plexi glass had a few bubbles in it. I talked to Art to Frames customer service and they sent me another one right away. That one was not packaged well and arrived damaged with huge scratches. I contacted Art to Frames a second time and they were very apologetic and immediately sent me another one. I am satisfied with this plexi glass. Although it took awhile to get a good one, they handled the situation professionally.
