(More customer reviews)These mats are great. They are easy to keep clean and the color coding and icons on each make it easy to use the right mat for the right product. The four paring knives are a bonus and could be sharper, but do respond to a few quick passes of the knife sharpener.
I'm very pleased with this purchase and will buy again when necessary.

Color coding makes this chopping mat and knife set distinct. The 10-piece set from Progressive International includes four 11-by-15-inch flexible cutting mats, two 7-1/2-by-11-inch clear mats, and four paring knives. Each colored mat features a different symbol--carrot, fish, steak, or chicken--to help prevent cross contamination of foods. Each paring knife is also color coded to help prevent cross contamination. Mats can be rolled for easy storage and are dishwasher safe. As with most fine cutlery, the paring knives are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is best for care.
