(More customer reviews)Sally the Squirel is not a soft attractive product. It did promote a rather visceral response from my dog, who loves her toys, who will make the tail grunt and squeak at it. The bottom is a rugged nylon canvas and the top is a thick, stiff faux fur. Tug of war seems to be the game of choice with this toy at my house with it as it is rather large so there is plenty of room to play.... the toy does indeed though promote and excited I'm gonna get that toy animal response, so I think they knew something about creating a "real animal" line. May be better for larger dogs, not sure. I just post reviews as I know others are looking for tips. I would just find a good place to stash it when puppy is not playing with it as at least the squirrel looks like a dead animal the fur is just not attractive! Not in the plushie category. And the nylon beneath is looks like army issue, except stronger!
