(More customer reviews)I purchased this for the feral cats that frequent my front porch and it works exactly as it says. You soak it and it does stay cool, of course in the sun in south Texas during summer it doesn't quite stay cool for as long as it says but that is understandable. They do seem to be using it so hopefully it will help them during the hot months!
