(More customer reviews)Though this doormat has great visual appeal, it's not at all the quality I expected. It's flimsy and very thin. When it arrived at my doorstep, it was packaged only in a clear plastic bag--no protective box, not even an opaque plastic that would keep anyone in the delivery process from seeing my order. In addition, the rubber that surrounds the mat was broken and torn in multiple places. I decided to keep it, because I figured it would cost more to ship and return it than it was worth... but I see myself having to replace it within a couple of months.
