(More customer reviews)These little mats are the best thing that has come along since the Silpat, which I also own. The blue color is actually more turquoise and very fun! On one side of the mat are 12 circular indentations to be used as a guide for placement of cookies, cresent rolls... Also on the same side is an indented ruler measuring up to 15" on one edge and up to 10" on the other, which would be useful for rolling out that batch of cinnamon bun dough. The opposite side is indented with a 1" grid that would be handy for cutting pastry into lattice strips. This side also has circular patterns, from 2 to 10 inches, for rolling out your pie or tart crusts. These clean up very easily with a little soapy water and left to drip-dry. They are dishwasher safe. These are a little smaller than the Silpat measuring in at 15 3/4" by 10 3/4". Sticky, gooey messes are removed from this mat a lot easier than from your pan!
